Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Previo is a product and service offering of Magnifico Creative LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Previo website and its content. In these Terms, “Previo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Magnifico Creative LLC operating under the Previo brand.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About Previo

Previo provides product strategy, design, prototyping, research, and related services for early-stage companies.

Information on this website describes our services generally. Specific services, deliverables, schedules, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and other terms for a client engagement will be established in a separate written agreement.

Nothing on this website, including submitting an application or scheduling a call, by itself creates a client relationship between you and Previo or Magnifico Creative LLC.

Applications and Project Availability

Submitting an application, scheduling a call, contacting us, or otherwise expressing interest in Previo does not guarantee that we will accept your project.

We may determine whether a prospective project is a good fit based on factors such as project stage, scope, timing, access to representative users, capacity, and other considerations.

Any pricing, availability, timelines, or promotional offers displayed on the website may be subject to additional terms and may change for future engagements.

Once an engagement has been agreed to in writing, the terms of that agreement will govern the project.

No Guarantee of Product or Business Success

Previo helps clients test product experiences, gather user feedback, identify potential problems, and make more informed product decisions.

Research and testing involving a limited number of users provide directional insights. They do not establish statistical certainty or guarantee broader market behavior.

We do not guarantee:

  • Product-market fit

  • Market demand

  • Revenue or profitability

  • Fundraising or investor interest

  • Customer acquisition

  • Commercial success

  • Technical feasibility or scalability

  • Regulatory approval

  • The success of a future MVP or production product

Any decision to develop, launch, fund, market, or otherwise invest in a product remains the responsibility of the client.

Prototypes and Proofs of Concept

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, prototypes, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and similar materials created through Previo engagements are intended for research, evaluation, demonstration, and product-planning purposes.

They should not be assumed to be production-ready software.

A functional prototype or proof of concept may not include the architecture, infrastructure, security, performance, accessibility, compliance, testing, documentation, or scalability required for a production application.

Any production implementation should undergo appropriate engineering, security, legal, compliance, accessibility, and other reviews based on the nature of the product.

Website Content

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

Website content should not be considered legal, financial, investment, technical, or other professional advice.
